recommended server

for some reason when i connect to the server i can log in but it'll say siel west is thy recommended server eather way i hit ok or cansel it just sits there an doesn't go to the char screen

I have the same problem and would like to know how I can try to fix it.

There is absolutely no exceptions in either of the login/game servers' consoles or any other sort of error messages.

I have configured the servers for localhost operation with DanyBest's portable server pack.

Any tip would be greatly appreciated.

Edit: I've fixed the problem by updating the client to the newest official version and using the 1.5.10 bin32 folder contents.
