server down and cannot access

ok ive read alot of post concerning this matter and not one has been resolved to any degree and was hoping maybe some1 can shed some light on this subject. Im new too all this but not p/servers and have experience with xml files etc so may well have made a few mistakes. I followed the tuturial too the letter and as noted in alot of posts i get that message, ive checked the navicat settings and they are exactly as mentioned within the tuturial and have been up all night going through the setting but cannot see where ive gone wrong.
Ports are open and i have not got dynamic ip. I would appreciate any help on this matter.

ok now ya got a ss of the error and of the enu's running, do we have any idea what ive done wrong ?

maybe the configuration of your client packet in game server is not right. or your server is not recognize of your client..

Just looking at the pics...(imo) it looks like everything is okies, until gs tries to connect to chat server....try looking through your config of your chat server..also...look back through your gameserver settings at the part concerning chatserver. The error in the pics relates to decrypting error what client are U using btw ?

im using the 2.1 vendetta client, i was thinking it maybe due too that. spent hours sifting though all the files and couldnt see anything to my knowledge that could be causing this other thatn maybe the client itself although i did see someone mention ip. Only thing is im not sure as too which ip is required to change, i did as the vid tut said and used my ip on the one section and left all others.

1 answer "[1/3] decrypt failed" this is error what you got but how to fix it search in config files...

You're using the wrong client version, that's all.

so i was right thinking the version is incorrect, so what version am i limited too and is there no way to maybe adapt something to getlater versions running ?
