Server name and status problem

I know this is my first post here and I have ZERO credibility as of yet, so I hope someone can give me a hand here.

I started working with an Aion Server using the Aion X Emu project, and everything's gone off without a hitch up to a point. The problem is that in server selection it shows [West] Siel regardless of what the gameserver.conf say's, and it shows that status is down. I can tell the DB and the Game are talking to each other, by as to why I can't get into the local server is beyond me.

All the configs are setup for localhost only for the moment until I get some things established down the road. I can post configs if you need, or whatever someone needs to help me work this part out.

Please do post your logs and as well as configs.
Because it will help us to fix your problem and find out the cause much more faster.

I do know that,if it shows down means that there is some problem with your gameserver.
