hello, I have several questions

1. how to decrypt the XML file and other I got in and decompress. Pak
2. How to add a skin to specific monster (which I created myself)
3. added a picture and share a skill (which I also created)
4. the same for the item

You have to know client editing is illegal if you are going to use it for a private server.

I have some tools for unpacking a .pak file. They have to be somewhere on my computer ;)

Infact I have already managed to unpack the. pak but the problem is that the encrypted file

Just by making a private server isn't illegal,since the source code is hand coded by the developers here,and it's not the original server's property.
Anyhow,editing the client or so is illegal since it's copyrighted
