Standard route:

AL-Game\config\schedule\siege_schedule

ex:

<fortress id="1011"> <siegeTime>0 0 22 ? * SUN</siegeTime></fortress> <!-- Divine Fortress -->
<fortress id="1131"> <siegeTime>0 0 20 ? * WED</siegeTime> </fortress> <!-- Siel's Western Fortress -->

Divine Sun at 22h and SielW 20H on WED , just change number to time and day of week
