Weird graphical bug

Hey there, so my problem is as you can see on the picture (Imgur: The most awesome images on the Internet), sometimes, and by sometimes i mean on certain angles in certain parts of certain areas i get a weird bug where the character and the NPCs get all lighted up for no reason, i tried different emulators, changing clients, using retail clients, using server made clients etc etc and this is pretty much my sliver of hope. So...yeah any ideas?

Edit: By the way it's worth to mention that if I put the graphics all the way to the lowest this bug is gone...but then so its the game's beauty hehe

Fixed, had to use a different shaders.pak.
