Who can help me with this problem? Aion inconsistent between client and server

I have the Aion client 4.5.0.14 is dc = 2, and the L10N folder is in ESN. All emulators that I've ridden conjelado stay when I go to choose the [west] Siel Server. I would like to recommend an emulator that works for my client or what I should do to work with one recommended. Also guide me appreciate that emulator is the most suitable for client version 4.5 and put as well as the difference in cc = cc = 1 and 2. Very helpful if I put your link to download. so You have Aion 4.5.0.14 client and trying to find some emulator that will be possible to work

Let's start from simple part:
cc = is just Aion game client localization digits
1 - is for NA clinet
2- EU clinet
7- RU clinet
5-CH client
and probably from all your text and ESN
2- ESN =)
so it's just digits to show with one language is game clinet

about working emulator:

so you just need one that will be supporting 4.5.0.14 game client - so can chose that is for NA clinet
just will be need to change GS setting from 1 to 2 and run the server
server client language settings is in
ALR-Game\config\main\gameserver.properties

# GS Country Code (cc)
# Examples : NA : 1 / EU : 2 / RUS : 7
gameserver.country.code = 7

you will be need to change it to 2 =) because in your game client is 2
