Set freefly in the server config files and make sure your system.ovr file has g_freefly = "1" in it.

I have it in files and in system.ovr but i can't still.
It ays in every map even at the monsters that Youcanno't fly in this zone.

Cant fly at all in every map :S

Are you set up with access level 3 (GM) for your account? If not, that'd be your problem.

Got it fixed i had it like this-->
# Free Flight Everywhere for GMs
gameserver.administration.flight.freefly = 3(this is gm rank so i changed it to 0 so it would be normal for players)and after that i added like 40 000 seconds to flight time and got error also then i did this-->
# Unlimited Flight Time for GMs
gameserver.administration.flight.unlimited = 3(Changed it to 0 also for normal players)
