Forgot to post this here. This is a Windows Service for delivering the zone response on 2015/2016. If you use this you don't need to setup IIS or XAMPP at all for the response.
Just make sure you start this service before the zone's tho. Edit the setup.bat with the location of the Gamigo_Zone_Response.exe on your computer/dedi before installing. Credits to hannesa for the idea originally.
