Minor Block / aka Adult removal of notice

While reviewing the forums i stumbled across that people have posted issues revolving a certain message upon loading into map, i have fixed the database to enable such features, the part you need to look for...."tMinorsPlaytime" this is where you put your account number (i put 1 in there already to show you how to make it work) and you would put 1 in the adult (yes it allows numbers normally it would be 1 or 0). If you want the message to appear you don't have to put anything in it.

@Mars This is a fixed database for the issue, so although the tutorial may achieve the same thing, this is an already prepared version, so I don't seem the harm. But it is also good to know how it was fixed so your tutorial also helps.

Yes that is to do with Registration which i'll come to later on.

Or we can return the parameters it needs in the procedure, you know, the one that's called by the zone to request the data in the first place.
