Nothing Fancy it Just Sends 3 Messages.
I don't make it more than 3 cause it would be useless you would only see 3 Notice message on the screen

Nice release but... why not just use the OP tool?

well some people don't know how to config the OPTool and its just a quick GM messege also Optool can't loop messeges like lets say you would send the message for 1800 secs each
