Yes. The SA Account. You entered a password for it when you made the instance.

Anyone know how to fix or what I'm doing wrong...
Running it as admin helps.
Run as admin and use 'sa' with a password as your MSSQL login. If you installed MSSQL as a default instance then your instance name needs to be set to your PC name, ex; RON-PC.
