Cleaned the useless rows & added a couple more descriptions to tested commands, if someone can test some out and do the same it would be nice.

I had this problem as well before. But you can double check your ODBC connections to make sure you named it for the specific DSN name it's asking for, or your SQL server information is wrong.
32Bit: Windows\System32\odbcad32.exe , System DSN tab.
64Bit: Windows\SysWOW64\odbcad32.exe , System DSN tab.
