Have you tried editing the " party " or " is party battle " on the Field.txt ?

I may not be part of one of the top severs but my server does run nice and i do try and teach other what i know.
I recently made a map for someone cause they wanted something special.

the whole point of this thread was to release the tower01 so others can try and learn a bit the way i did.
With this knowhow you can move on and make your other instance dung work, to the extent of the exe.

Sometimes i want to come here and teach something or find info or just see something new that would be cool to add and try and figure it out.
but when there are coments telling you that your stuff don't work after you just pulled it out of a working server it kinda ticks you off. This make me not want to come here and try and show people how to do the things your doing.


Party to enter i think you would have to script on the map your entering from and it would have to hold data of the party members. Not sure cause i didn't try it. but if anyone does i would love to hear the outcome.

Keep comming back, your one of the only people who actually help/release things anymore :)

others release stuff too. and some of it is really nice.

I know, but there are not many who do release, we need to keep the numbers up don't we :)

Just ignore posts from kids like LittleServer, no knowledge about anything but thinks to be king ;p
Its really nice to see someone tries to keep up the work on 2k9 files and yeah it works perfectly.

party battle is for places like the free battle zone and such. Only thing i would like to see released is newer server files and some info on what to study up on to make them run. I know it uses a restful api to handle login but i'm still learning php and other stuff so i'm a bit behind the ball on it. I'm sure OS and the other official servers are loving the fact not many have the files anyway. Keeps them in the game without lossing to many players to pservers.

I sould have told him download the client and lvl a char to lvl 20 to see it work.

Eventually the newer files will be released, but then the " Newer " will become the old, so :)
It's like hand me downs, the oldies get the best stuff and the younguns get the old tatty things.

well its ok i'm happy with what i have atm. I have all the maps and some custom,all mobs with skills, 4 of 5 working instance dung, every item ever released from os, and did a full revamp of the monster exp so it increses proper to the monster lvl.

I would give a fuck about newer files if this scene would be able to work together and code an Emu ~
With OpenSOurce and GitHub rep and so on, with working Emu there would be no more problems about newer files, we could add more OS ever could. But yeah, just a dream xD
Should change the game, other PServer-scenes got their Emu ;p

But with the newer files you don't really need an Emu, also why not just take sharps emu and progress that further?
Of course you would need to ask him about that.

Oh really? I don't mind helping to get one running, but like you said we need A good coder, I know A little but probably not enough to get his emu further.
