I won't spoon feed you too much but to put it simple; you need to convert your ratios into hex and be sure it's applied into that (width - 4bytes and height - 4bytes).

Option.mco is located in the ressystem folder. I believe what Myth is trying to get across is that the information that you want to change in that file need to be written in hex (4 bytes as he said) and then you just replace the values. Though I am not familiar with any of this and I may be wrong so you would need to do some research.

Replace the option.mco with this in you´r normal Fiesta Client :D
