2 PS on SQL

Anyone know if you can have 2 private servers on 1 sql? For example Fiesta PS and Flyff PS running under the same SQL? or do I need separate SQL for each one? Thanks

Fiesta PS and Flyff can use the same account database normally, if done correctly however it might be harder i've not done a Flyff ps yet. I might get to work on one.

yes , you just need to add the db's and I would recommend making a user for that server.

Wasn't sure and didn't want to try in case it might mess up my current pserver. But I did test it after and yeah, just made a user for it like you said and it works. Thanks for the reply.

Yes. of course you can... Even if you dont want to work in the same instance... Sql Server 2008 support multiple instances...
Instance 1.- Fiesta DB Instance 2.- Flyff.. with different passwd, user, etc if you want.. and run at the same time... if you have enough ram.
