_OdinRestServer Service Error

I'm absolutely depressed because i cant find out why the "_OdinRestServer" Service wont start. Every other Service is starting. I researched for hours and I tryed all kinds of possible misstakes i have done. Port 80 isn't in use and i removed the actual "_OdinRestServer" Service twice and reinstalled it again and it still wont work. The Main.txt in the REST folder contains this Message:

[2] [22.06.2014 17:23:41] :: Invalid value [OdinServer.TokenManager.EnforceExpireDate]::<SETTING NOT FOUND>

And the actual Error-Message while starting the Service is:

Error 1053: The service did not respond to the start or control request in a timely fashion

As far I remeber there're like about 3 topics asking this question... old ones...

You just need to add those "lefting" setting to your "OdinRestServerSettings.shn" file (highlighted settings):

If you have a launcher system, is better to set them to "True" instead "False"... anyway... blablablabla.....

Welll thanks finally it worked :D
But if i try to connect to my Server the Population is marked as "High" and if I try to enter a message appears saying: "Server is full. Please try again later"

It will always show full when it just started, give it a few should go back to low. Otherwise theres a problem

Well I waited for more than 15 minutes and it still didn't change. So yes i think there's something wrong.

Are you trying with Windows 8? The problem isn't a database, it could be a service or ODBC problem but database lool, that have nothing to see with "High" population....

No i have Windows 7 - 64 bit

And are you using more than one IP? Example: Tutorials come with just an IP (Loopback: 127.0.0.1) if you are trying to use another or "2" IPs your server may be configured wrong way... if you aren't doing that you can add me on skype and check your problem: yaeldd
