A little help, please

I'm completely new to this, but would like to make a private server of Fiesta online. If possible, just for myself so I can actually start to understand what I'm doing in the first place. The simpler the explanation the better, since I currently have no experience whatsoever with making a private server. My apologies if this has already been answered, however I didn't see any actual explanations of the process, requirements, etc.
