    World > NPC.txt
    I'll probably be yelld at if I tell anything more. You should be able to find the rest on your own. Good luck.

    Make sure you remember to make a copy of the npc.txt.
    Any tiny space or anything can stuff up the zone(s) in that text.
    As its the first time you editing npc.txt, its probably to be expected xD.

    Re: Adding or deleting gates

    I suggest you use Shine Tables editor as it may help you in the beginning. Though it's the same principal with normal npc's.

    Code:
    #recordin	ShineNPC	MapLinkGate	RouN	XXXX	YYYY	R	T	Gate	GateRouN01
    #recordin	LinkTable	GateRouN01	RouCos02	RouCos02	XXXX	YYYY	R	2	150	1
    MapLinkGate is the name of the npc, in this case it's the normal portal used to get from one map to another. RouN is the map you are placing the npc in. XXXX and YYYY are the coordinates of where you want the npc to be placed in that map. "Gate" is specifying that it's a gate npc and "GateRouN01" is just linking it to the declared variable "GateRouN01". The value R is the rotation and I believe T is weather you have to talk to an npc or weather you just walk through it. Not sure about it though.

    GateRouN01 is the declared value. RouCos02 I don't know where there is two but you need em both. Same thing as above. Map you will be teleported to "RouCos02" and the coordinates in that map XXXX and YYYY. "R again is the rotation I think and doesn't need to be changed necessarily.

    I don't really know what the other values are. But Generally if not always they are 1, 150 and 1.

    Re: Adding or deleting gates

    @Dragonluck4 you just have to read.

    Code:
    #ColumnName argument MapServer MapClient Coord-X Coord-Y Direct LevelFrom LevelTo Party

    level min , lvl max , is party.

    Ediit: @DeadlyAsZyklonB
    Create a set( Summary )
    1. iteminfo.shn
    2. SetItem.shn
    3.SetItemView.shn
    4.SetItemEffect.shn

    Detailed version in the Spoiler.
    Spoiler:

    Create a set(Detailed)

    1. iteminfo.shn
    Column #SetItemindex

    2. SetItem.shn
    Column #Index ===> (Same as #SetItemindex in itemInfo.shn)
    Column #Piece ===> (Max = 5)
    Column #Effect ===> (be best to use an already existing due to Columns #SkillClassifier A#B#C)

    Additional info about Column #Effect: you can find them in Column #SkillGroup in SetItemEffect.shn

    3.SetItemView.shn
    Column #Index ===> (Same as #SetItemindex in ItemInfo.shn & #Index in SetItem.shn)
    Column #Name ===> ( The Name of the Set in-game)

    4.SetItemEffect.shn
    You need to edit this one only if you want to create "custom" effects. for this you'll also need to edit columns #SkillClassifier A#B#C in activeskill.shn.

    You may face some error like

    Number of piece too high: (Max= 5)
    Or the game crashing when you put you cursor on a specific item (Maxi item is 11, from memories)

    i won't go further. I already did more than what i was supposed to.

    Best regards,
    jeff972
