From Google answers, you either:
Tick 'db_datareader' and 'db_datawriter'
or
UnTick 'db_denydatareader' and 'db_denydatawriter' <- You have those Ticked.
Let me know if that worked or not.

But now show : Server is full!

So I checked,Although the 10 services are shown running,but I found Zone00-Zone03 is Not working.

You probably started them too fast.
Start the Main services and after you have checked that you can get to Character screen start up Zones.

Are you running on Windows 8? Because there has been issues with it.

The files aren't compatible with Windows 8.

it can be ran in win8, just takes alot of reconfiguring of windows 8. You must know how to rebuild windows, and how to use nLite for windows intergration assemblies. Along with reintergrating a few other parts of windows. If you can't rebuild windows then your best bet is to just use windows 7.
