you may have to just go in and clean up the verticies by hand.

could just pick the stray one and the ones that surround it and do s,z,0(size, z axis, position 0)

Yeah,but its just annoying,there's a way to convert the image into mesh without having those vertices like that?

i think its just a flaw in the program. When i changed video cards it started to happen less.
