Bug in ItemInfo

Hey guys,

today i tried to translate ItemInfo into German using the Translator feature of shn editor.
In SHN editor the characters "ä", "ö", "ü" were displayed right, but after saving and opening again these letters got replaced with an "?".

Any idea how to fix it?
