Changing Odin Logo

Hi
I'm trying to change the Odin logo that is displayed over the Server Select menu
Whenever I change the TGA file in resmenu, the two images (the one I've created, and the Odin logo) get kind of mixed.
I don't know what I did wrong, so any help would be greatly appreciated

Paint.Net -> Open TGA -> Save to Desktop as !!!!!! PNG !!!!!!! -> Edit it (Photoshop, Gimp, whatever) -> Save -> Paint.Net -> Open PNG -> Save As TGA -> Replace and have fun.

Are you using original odin background? Which file are you editing? Can you post a picture?
