Char Spawn Items / Editing Item Duration?

I tried using the ItemEditor but it has nothing about duration I want to change how long a EXP card lasts etc....Also when someone makes a new char and they spawn the items they come with where is the file for that? How to edit those items?
Any help would be great, Thank you.

for the exp card duration chargedeffect.shn

for new chars items it would be on charcommon.txt

[Sailor Moon]

ChargedEffect.shn = Duration of items
DefaultCharacterData.txt = Items/Skills/Money etc, all things a new character will have
