Character Outline Removal?

Well, I have custom hair for my server and whenever I log in to the character selection screen, the outlines are WAYYY messed up. When I go to log into the game, it's fine. There's no character outline. and when I go back to the character selection screen, it's fine. but when I restart the client the outline is messed up again. I did turn Character Outline off in game. But it doesn't seem to want to turn off on the character selection screen whenever you log in for the first time. Is there a way to disable character outlines on the character selection screen? If so, could someone tell me how to do this? Thanks.

As far as I know, all settings are on during the character select screen & there is no way to disable it, but then I could be wrong.

It's a game glitch, char select bugs other things too like 100 aura, and that one snowflake back item. I've never bothered with it because I never cared about it.

No I haven't, I stopped working on it long ago. I might continue it sometime, but not anytime soon.
