    Client Launch

Basically, what I'm trying to do is use a HEX Editor or change the IP of a client.exe, to launch the client for fiesta. All I could find is "ClientName.exe -i IP". But when I do that, it just changes the name nothing else. I was wondering if someone could explain.
    Code:
    exename.exe -i iphere
Also, connecting a launcher to a database for patches.
Would I have to upload the patches on a site and have the launcher auto-download from there or could it do it from the database.

    Thanks, ~~~~-Kore-~~~~

Is there some type of tutorial on how to use the storage for example,
putting all the patches in one place and have the a .txt tell the launcher to download
    that patches. :o

    Re: Client Launch

What you do is write the patch file like normal, leave out the link for now.
Upload the patch in a rar like normal to fileden.
get the link of that rar
put that for the link in the txt file
    upload the txt file
get the link and put that in ES:LC
every time you make a new patch you have to upload the rar for that patch on fileden, edit the patch.txt by adding on the new patch
then upload the patch.txt but in a box on the right you gotta select Overwrite.

Why is how good you are 'a Dev' into factor skill? Deving isn't even considered skill anymore, anybody can do it, its being creative and fun, whilst remaining professional that should be judged now.

Newer one would be preferred but if you don't have the server sided & client sided files for new roumen, it's okay I guess.

Most of you fail to realize that the EXP editor is just a calculator that multiplies the values.

So to solve the problem go to Column->Column Massive Edit them multiply "MonEXP" by the value in there. Basic math knowledge is required.

    1 Slime on OS = 2 EXP.

So if your slime gives 10 EXP then the EXP is 5 times OS rate (Unless you changed each mob manually to a custom value).

If you want to make it give only 5 EXP then you multiply by .5, and it will cut the EXP in half from 10 to 5. So on and so forth.

Thanks, thought it was more complicated. (Never used that aspect of the SHN Editor before so I wouldn't know what it does really)
