[CN 2012] Statless

Uh so we just noticed that something broke while working, every item that drops from any monster or spawned doesn't have stats...

I started trying files from our backup but nothing worked so far so here's the files i excluded from the list:

RandomDropTables
RandomDropCount
DropGroupInfo
DropTable
GradeItemOption

These are files that am sure are not causing this.
Any help is appreciated...
Yes iteminfoserver is linking to the corrrect randomtable yet it drops statless..
