Anyone Knows why when i set the ip of the Login server to WAN IP the login server crash
but when its placed to local host 127.0.0.1 it runs perfectly.

because the login server works as a local service its designed to purposely be a resource on the local machine.

The ip must be md5, and you gotta open the ports.
