Connecting to Server failed

Can anyone please assist with connecting to server?

I am using ODin files with Clean Server files.

I have setup everything in SQL database, ran all services however after running the client it just connects and says connection to server failed and stops. Any ideas?

Where do you set the client options and where it should connect? I can confirm everything is correct but the Odin client is always failing. Do you need to point it to look locally?
