Creating weapons and suits

Hey guys I'm new and was wondering if anyone could teach me how to create custom weapons such as skin and custom suits. Or if there is already a link to it would be great, thanks

You can edit the .nif files in NifSkope, it's not too hard, or you could just change the textures of the suits/weapons by editing the .dds file. Nifs and dds's can be found in the item's folder in resitem and reschar > ClassName-f/m (ex. Fighter-m).
