I think going with Incloudibly is better, just Swiss doesn't have that much EU laws, so the DMCA couldn't take me down that easy.

Not the same, in the case i've written , it will be against a german, so it will be german or mexican justice, not swiss one.

Depends of your budget, and the location you want it, there are many alternatives, and some of them actually, even better for your purpose (online games). :)
