What are good cheap dedicated servers that don't lag and are able to host a decent population but at the same time be cheap.

What kind of specs are you looking for? DDoS protected or not? Price range?

Which ever you reckon would be able to have like 50ish people on without lagging and yes DDoS protected and as for the price range I don't have one yet but I don't want it to be over priced or really pricey if that makes sense

DDoS protected is already gonna bump your price depending on how much it's protecting it by. Servers can range from 80~200 depending on the specs and add-ons.

If you're looking for protection use Trojans. Nah but seriously you definitely don't want server4you if you are worried about DDoS attacks, I've seen so many servers use them and they can literally be taken down in seconds.
I'd recommend:
- Voxility (great protection)
- Vortex Servers
- Digital Ocean
- OVH
- Limestone Networks

DDoS protection truthfully isnt even needed much. Most advance attacks now mainly for fiesta community is the world manager crash. Which seem to have no fix at all for. Only information regarding that it is an application layer attack. So good luck to you.

You can check out a few companies depending on your budget :

They are specializing in DoS/DDoS Attacks, so keeping your service stable during attacks shouldn't be an issue (they are better than VPSs or Dedicated Servers with included dos/ddos protection).
