AccountLog needs DSN to be named Statistics - you probably have StatisticsData.
Character needs w00_Character
and I'll let you figure out the last one for yourself...

Alright i fixed that but the server is still showing "Offline" as the server status.

No, heck no. Win8 sucks and I avoid it at all costs, and my firewall is turned off.

Ok ok, just ruling that out. Make sure all your services are turned on and refer to the "Common issues/fixes" post.

Win8 rules in my opinion
