use the npc.txt editor not shine tables. (although its easier to just use notepad or notepad++ to edit npc.txt and field.txt)

Don't forgot y are the noob right here... y don't know how to edit the NPC.txt
And if all you have to say Whitecore is LMFAO, he's always going to be a noob. Since the OP is just starting out he obviously doesn't know what program's are the best to use. Try actually helping him out and he won't always be a noob.

Shine Table Is not made to edit the NPC.txt with it. It's made to edit the Npc Script.
In the NPCItemList Folder...

isnt common sense use a text editor if u see (*.txt)? ._.
Can you honestly say you had any idea what all that stuff in the .txt documents meant and did when you opened it the first time? Of course he's going to look for an easier way to read them.
I also read in another thread on this forum that said to use the "shine table editor when editing npc.txt to not mess up the spacing"

and tronic, the shine table editor works for other .txt files. So why use a txt editor when there is a cleaner way?
