Enhancement rate! Please help!

Ive been trying many different ways to do this but it does not seem to be working as nicely as I want it to. Can someone tell me the best way to change the enhancement rate?

Change UpSucRatio to 1000 on every enhancement stone in ItemInfo. (Elrues, lix's, xir's). And also change the ItemUpgrade.shn, it's pretty obvious what needs to be set to 0 in there.

You don't need to touch the UpSucRatio on the stones if you adjust the values in ItemUpgrade correctly.
