Eryon server files,how to setup? ERROR?

when i got the Eryon fiesta server files,i seted up it in win2008server +sql 2012 at once.and the server is runing ok.but i found the Account_sql store process are encrypted(if someone can help all members to decrypte it, ty so much),of cause i dont creat a ccount. so i replace the Accout sql.and client.exe(beacuase her client.exe is packed and no her laucher code. ),
then i play it in game. A bigger problem.all the skill dont use(Including ordinary skill ).
