ExpRecalculation.txt 2k15 Files

Hello Ragezone, I am trying to change the exp rates of the party because it decreases with each member of the party ... but this .txt does not work. I could not change any rate, I tried everything as "1000" and I hope it's the same exp for everyone, but nothing changes ... is it bugged or Im too much noob to this? Is any conf in db files?
