Failed to learn Skill 2016 files

When I try to learn skills I get an In-game error 'failed to learn' skill. I added the 'usp_LinkScroll_SetDestMap' procedure since it said it was missing in the character debug log, now no errors come up in the log but I still get the same error in-game whether it's using gm commands or scrolls (scrolls will just disappear). The only skills that will learn are a couple of passives. I'm using the files that came with the realise/sql manager 2017, tried a few different activeskill shn's etc and made a new account/character but still the same get result. I'm not too sure where to look, Any suggestions?

In ODBC use SQL Server instead of the Native Client one. Also, be careful with that procedure because sometimes it sends an empty string as a parameter for the map name and it will bug the character, so I would recommend leaving it out completely as it’s not really used anyways.

Changing the ODBC fixed the problem, thank you so much for the help, it's much appreciated! ^^;
