Could someone tell me how you can add this "GM-Chat Color" to my Server.. or what for files i hay to copy..

Use &gmchat and it'll activate GM chat. Original color is Blue.
You can change the color of it in ColorInfo.shn but you'll have to find the eColorID by your own.

(It only works on new files)

Clientsided. But if you're using Odin's files then both.

Are you using old files or new files (Odin)? This only works on the newer files.
