Fiesta Online - OdinRestServer service

Hello all,
I can't start the OdinRestServer service ..
Socket.txt:

[1] [TIME] :: Starting Add Listen 127.0.0.1:80
[2] [TIME] :: ******ADD LISTEN FAIL******
[2] [TIME] :: An attempt was made to access a socket in a way forbidden by its access permissions

Can anyone help me?

Should have just used search.
Skype is the problem.
Please Google: "Disable Skype port 80"

Skype is the problem? Because I am having problems with my services. As soon as I start them an error pops up and says "Your program has started and stopped because it is not being used." Or something like that. I'm at work lol. But at the times I have been setting up my server I have been skypeing. So that's the problem? I can start 4 of the services, but the rest won't start. Should I also search "Disable Skype port 80"?

Disabling skype port 80 is easily done:
Tools>Option>Advanced>Connection and just untick the box then restart your skpype.
