Wasn't the game only out officially for like a month or so before shutting down. I doubt the official devs got through most of the stablisation issues or the bugs. Also the game was originally Japanese so translating takes time so I think your being a bit harsh on Victus and it's developers. Especially since players couldn't test properly and find bugs since some douche didn't want the game up and kept DDOS'ing it. If someone wasn't such a jealous douchebag I'd bet that the server would be a bit further along in development.
