On the server side make sure to do all that and, and, and you need to allow all .exe files in the server folder through your firewall! To do this simply open the advanced options in your firewall and click the "Allow a program through" option, search for your Client file (Server file) then type ".exe" into the search box. A list of all .exe files will pop up and you simply add them all. Don't miss any! Attempting to add files that you have already added won't don't any harm. The system will simply tell you that the file has already been added so double checking them all to make sure is a must! Hope that helps.
