    Good for host a server?

First, It's a VPS (Virtual Private Server), and not a dedicated machine.

    Ram: 2Gb
    HDD: 50Gb
    Bandwhich: 100/100Mb
Operating System: Microsoft Windows Server 2003® (64bits)

I don't know if it would work for host a flyff server with the official files.

first off this belongs in help section, second yes that is enough to host a server but I sudgest increasing the ram if your server breaks 100 CCU

I'll move this to help section once my laptop can access the internet

You need about 4-8 gigabytes of RAM.

I'd say you need dualcore or higher, from personal experience...

I agree. Quad core would be better but duelcore would be sufficient. Single core would be suicide. With a singlecore machine your players will lagg when a single clockworks is spawned. With the Ram that depends on the players. If you are using aprox 1ghz ram 2 will be sufficient. The internet speed is it both upload and download speed? Because if its just download and a bad upload speed you've got no chance.

It's both, but more on upload speed requirement.

For example walking, client1 sends the moving packet to server, server must distribute that packet to each and every client that is in the visibility range of client1.

Running the zones for fiesta is crazy on a server.
