cus they made the exe. and yes it would take like an year for an emu. look at csharp's zeph.
I mean if it does not take me 3 years to make the new files, I would have A go at it, I like trying new things and would release most of them, cause im nice like that.

as i said, he worked like a few months and only got some of the new stuff going also not much of the game[alot of missing things] he's a pro but he couldnt continue.

I have A little yes, but like you said probably not as good as his.
I can get hold of the new files, the only problem I have with that is they are very expensive, if I can get past where sharp did and save myself A few thousand then great, I just want the community to have something new, because everyone is obviously bored.
I mean I wouldn't release everything, that is just stupid but things like storage and +10s and academy ect, something for people to play with.
Might lower the flame rate on Ragezone A little also ;)
