Heat Of Fury [Glad (110) Skill]

Hey guys, Its a stupid questiong but anyways if anyone know let me know please:
Any way to fix The glad skill Heat Of Fury? It only how the first half of the skill, but next do nothing. Any help? Tysm

I just gave it a level 40 vitality buff instead. Figured that was close enough to an actual "fix". ​:P
