Re: Help
If you've set the ip to localhost and the port to 80 anyone on your lan including you will be able to access your website by typing in the url bar '127.0.0.1 or 'localhost' unless you've changed the ip and/or port in which case you write it like this in the url bar: IP:PORT (127.0.0.1:80). Hope that helps.

Re: Help
to allow people to connect from outside you need to forward your ports in your router if you use one.
to allow people to connect from a LAN IP just set it to your computers network IP address not 127.0.0.1 which is only your computer not a network IP.
i take it that's what you want to do ?

Your English isn't helping much either.

Re: Help
No-ip is a website which allows you to port forward. I'm not sure why you can't connect but if others can then it's fine right?

Re: Help
If you're on a dedi server, then go to firewall adv settings and under Incoming make a new rule with port TCP:80 enabled. I guess?
