He doesn't want a tutorial. He wants you to do it for him. Don't even bother. This same guy private messaged me, asking me to pretty much make his launcher for him. I told him no, to go read one of the many tutorials.

Just use ESLC if you don't know how to make a launcher, or just use a premade launcher's source.

I do not know how to make my launcher check and download patches from a web,
