[HELP] Charm Stacking

Hello,

Is there a way to stop charms from being stacked? Not inventory stacking, but the charms themselves. E:G: Using a 20% charm then a 50% charm afterwards to be 70% charmed.
I remember finding a way to stop it back when I was active in the Fiesta area.

ChargedEffect.shn , you need to edit EffectEnum or EffectValue values, i dont quite remember exactly.
