Help Getting server working

I need help. i have downloaded all the server files from this guide and i have done everything in his tutorial. i also just got a fiesta client from this post. i have put the client in my existing fiesta folder that i got from another athens0013 client that i downloaded and installed that installed all the fiesta game stuff. i made a batch file that looked like this
fiesta -i 2130720833
i would really like some help i cant log into the server at all it keeps saying something about cant establish connection to the server. please if anyone can help me my skype it brettflorek. i am willing to do team viewer and everything i just need some help with my server please.
