[HELP]Make server online

Hello guys.. i need help in making my offline mode server to online mode..
the config.txt file, how do i change the ip?
i just saw 1 tread that tell which 1 to put the ip address.
i follow that 1..

check if ports are open or firewall o.o ip is ok there

the firewall is off.. port,...i dont really knew about it.. all i do is open mozilla n type 192.168.1.1 n put in userid n pwd then go configure setting n go to DNS n put my ip there... but just abit confuse with primary ip n secondary ip.. i put both the same ip i got at the Speedtest.net - The Global Broadband Speed Test.

is that correct?

uh its confusing what u said, first ur ip adress can be found on sites like this one My IP address? Free IP Address tracer and IP address lookup after u change the ip on config.txt restart the login world and zones . Hope it helps

okey.. i figure up sumthings..

What i did is this.

1 : Open up my internet connection properties.
2 : Configure IPv4 (to make my fix ip address).
3 : Open up mozilla n type in my default gate way "192.168.1.1" at the address bar n press enter (to open up my modem configure).
4 : Search for "DMZ host" at the option side bar.
5 : Input my "fixed" ip there n save.
6 : Search for "forwarding" option.
7 : Forward up port "80" n save.
8 : Put my "fixed" ip in client using hex editor.
9 : Edit up in the config.txt at server side as shown above with my "fixed" ip.
10 : Save n close everything n restart my pc.

After i did this 10 steps....

I start the server 1 by 1 n everything works fine.
I run the client n login.. still fine.
When i try to login the world map, i got error..

i forgot what the error was.. i will update when i got home from work.

IS THIS 10 STEPS ACCURATE? DID I MAKE SIMPLE MISTAKE?

I thought you couldn't host a server through a router. That's why noobs use Hamachi. Iunno tho. I'm dumb.
